EHS offers new business course
Students are now able to learn how to market events in sports and entertainment due to a new business tech course offered at EHS.
The new sports and entertainment marketing class offers students real-world skills in marketing some of the most lucrative industries.
With only a handful of students enrolled, this 18 week course offers individualized instruction and is filled with information on how to market a variety of events ranging from football teams to students’ favorite stars.
Junior Jacob Trimm said, “I thought it would be a fun class since I like marketing.”
Students are able to showcase their favorite sports teams and entertainment personalities through class assignments.
The FBLA members enrolled in the class will be utilizing the skills learned in this course at the next FBLA competition.
To be able to take the class next year, a student must be enrolled in marketing prior to registration.
