JROTC fires into competition

Enterprise JROTC Wildcat Battalion competed at the Stanhope Elmore Invitational September 21 in Millbrook.

They received second place overall with the help of the students that are a part of the PT, Academic, and Drill teams.

Commander of PT A Team, Colby Clark, won first place for males, junior Daniel Babaran-Sun got second, and sophomore Lauren Rodgers placed first for females.

For the PT B Team, Commander Tyler Rathburn received second place, and freshman Sophia Kane took home second overall for females.

The Belles of the Blue Knights took home second place in both the Unarmed Team Exhibition and Inspection.

Sophomore ZyAeriah Morris and junior Bri Davis placed second in the Dual Exhibition.

Rodgers and Barbaran-Sun both agreed that the team did “really well,” yet still have “stuff to work on.”

Barbaran-Sun mentioned some of the PT team needing to work on their run, and “academics could really bring their scores up.”
