ECTC haunted house is a scary success
The Enterprise Career and Technology Center hosted a haunted house October 18 and 19 from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM in efforts to raise money for EHS.
The committee in charge of the second annual “Haunting on College Street” put in a lot of effort to make the haunted house as terrifying as possible.
“We have put a lot of effort into making the haunted house into an unforgettable, frightening night,” Chloe Register said.
The fearsome basement of ECTC spooked adults and teenagers with the scarers’ screams and startling costumes.
The anticipation of waiting in line was magnified by the bloody hospital nurses crying out patrons’ names, proving this was only the beginning of a horrific night.
Crawling above spine-chilling rats and walking through dreadful spider webs was the unnerving work of EHS students.
The committee had been working on the haunted house for months in order to create a chilling experience.
“We worked hard on sculpting clay for details on hands, painting walls, and making dead bodies,” Hanna Brown said.
Missing person posters on the walls and walking in circles with clowns and dead schoolgirls jumping out at you were just some of the thrilling parts of the haunted house.
With their makeup, props, and loud screams, scarers ensured that the haunted house was a dark and scary success.
