EHS drill team impresses at Pell City

The EHS drill team competed November 3 in the 2018 Pell City Panther Invitational and proceeded to dominate the competition.

The team took first place in a number of events, while also getting second and third places in other events as well.

The Knights (boys) got first place in platoon armed inspection and platoon armed exhibition.

The Belles (girls) placed first in platoon unarmed inspection. The Belles also got second  place in platoon exhibition armed and unarmed.

The Knights also got third place in color guard unarmed, while the Belles finished in second in color guard unarmed.

Thr rifle teams also competed, as they won first place in the category precision rifle team.

As individual competition goes, Mackenzie Spence placed third in rifle team individual.

Team 1 and 2 PT (physical training) both finished top three, as Team 1 got first place and Team 2 got third place.

The drill team will look to keep this type of performance up in their next meet November 17 in Greenville, Alabama.
