Fall football continues
The Golden Knights put on a show for the opening of the Enterprise versus Prattville game.
They presented the game ball and drew a large applause from the crowd.
The cats fell short 28-14 against Prattville.
EHS senior, Matthew Caylor said, “Prattville is a great team and has great players but [he] felt [they] matched to them.”
The homecoming game against Dothan resulted in a tough loss for the cats, making their record 2-4 thus far this season.
The game began with the 2019 homecoming court opening ceremony where Renee Stephens was crowned as homecoming queen by former homecoming queen Ruby Maghoney.
The court was freshman Ashlynn Wallace, sophomore Peyton Hooks, junior Sarah Winekoff, and seniors Moné Lewis, Sky Sophapmysay, and Renee Stephens.
The Wildcats play Central next at home.
Braden Chalker, EHS senior, said Central will be a tough team to play, but he knows the wildcats are “capable of doing great things.”
