Hauntings happen in the Wiregrass

Halloween is approaching, and the Enterprise-Dothan area feature many festivities to help you get into the spooky spirit.

Aplin Farms 

A local pumpkin patch located near Dothan, Alabama called Aplin Farms includes a large variety of pumpkins for people to pick and carve. Aplin Farms also has a sunflower field, a corn maze, petting zoo, a playground, and a farmer’s market. 

Columbia Manor

Located in Columbia, Alabama, Columbia Manor is a haunted house that calls people who are looking for a thrill. Tickets for general admission are $13 and fast passes can be bought for $30. It is open October 24, 25, 26, 30, and the 31th from 7:30-10:30pm. 

Trunk or Treat

Local churches around the Wiregrass, such as First United Methodist and Crossroads Community Church, are hosting trunk-or-treats. More festivities will be featured at select locations, such as face painting and bounce houses for kids. 

Fall Festival

Holly Hill Elementary will host a fall festival. This will include festival games and activities for parents and their kids. It will be held October 29th from 5:00-8:00pm.
