Enterprise´s annual Christmas parade
Enterprise residents gathered December 3 downtown to welcome the holiday season with the annual Christmas parade.
The Chamber of Commerce hosted the Enterprise annual Christmas parade at 6:30 with 142 floats.
The Christmas parade was also a great way for businesses and churches to advertise what they are selling or what kind of services they are offering.
Floats such as FurKids Club, Refuge Christan Academy, McDonald’s, Midget Tackle Cowboys football team and Center Stage Dance Studio were just some of the festive and decorated floats.
“My favorite float was the Junior PI float,” said Hannah Emerson.
Hot chocolate and food were offered by vendors and toys were sold on carts for the children.
Adults and children come together every year to see the new ideas and decorations on the various floats created by local organizations to help celebrate Christmas.
With the high of 53 and a low of 31, families and friends came bundled up for either the first time or for a repeat of tradition.
“Every year we come to the Christmas parade as one of our many family traditions,” said Caleb Gresham.
